Josh is Head Of Technical & Creative for Warner Music UK – a Digital Product/Marketing technology producer, team lead, line manager, and expert web and mobile project manager, with 16 years experience. He has primarily worked in the music industry, but has also worked at small digital creative agencies, and at BBC Media Action. His output includes websites, mobile apps, social media apps, advergames, digital advertising units, and apps using the Spotify Web API. He works within ‘The Firepit’ Tech and Innovation hub, part of Warner Music UK. He’s worked on award winning web and mobile and social projects for artists such as Gorillaz, Coldplay, David Guetta, Lily Allen, Swedish House Mafia, Damon Albarn and Blur, Dua Lipa, and Tinie Tempah. His upcoming areas of interest for music marketing, beyond more regular web/mobile production, are Machine Learning tools for artistic and marketing campaign uses, voice based user interfaces, and IoT.
