Arnon has spent over 20 years in the marketing & entertainment business, working on high profile, award winning and globally recognized projects across music, brands and sport.

His focus has been in developing commercial, marketing and partnership strategies for music industry clients (artists and labels) and brands. Additionally, also Executive Producing the music itself for major blue-chip brands, broadcasters, and the sports world.

He currently runs the Entertainment business at Synergy, the leading (30 year old) award winning sports marketing business, part of The Engine Group. He is also a Senior Advisor at The Polar Music Prize (often referred to as ‘The Nobel Prize for Music’), based in Stockholm.

In 2014, he co-wrote and Executive Produced the Official Anthem for FIFA World Cup (Brazil) 2014, working with Avicii, Santana and Wyclef Jean, who performed the song live at the closing ceremony.

Arnon previously ran the Content & Entertainment business at Anomaly, working across an array of accounts including Sony Electronics Europe, Sony Music, Budweiser, Converse, UEFA and Skype, winning awards for the likes of The Vaccines’ which became the world’s first ever Instagram video campaign.

3 years as Director of Alliances for Sony Music International, allowed Arnon to work on setting up a successful pan-European initiative focused on delivering creative integrated music solutions for blue-chip clients (including T-Mobile, Tommy Hilfiger, Samsung, GM, Deutsche Bank).

Prior to this Arnon spent 5 years at The Sanctuary Group PLC (the home of artists including Elton John, Iron Maiden, Beyonce, Guns N’ Roses, Morrissey, Neil Young, Kiss, Erath Wind & Fire and Groove Armada) where he was part of a team developing multi-million selling artists and consulting blue-chip brands, agencies and broadcasters on music strategies as well as producing music.

Brand clients included : Coca Cola, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Asda, Breast Cancer Care, BBC, Sky, Sky Sports, ITV, Formula 1, Arsenal FC, Manchester City FC, Celtic FC, Rangers FC, Chelsea FC and 02
